For Organisations

Supporting consistent performance while caring for your workforce.

In hospitality and customer facing environments, a significant proportion of the workforce are women.  Many experience PMS, perimenopause or menopause-related symptoms that affect both their day-to-day life and their consistency at work — often without this being clearly recognised or understood.

Effects can show up as fluctuating energy, reduced concentration, lower resilience, and time off work.

Over time, this affects performance, confidence and reliability.

Many women manage this quietly, particularly in senior roles as it is often misunderstood or perceived as a weakness.

Few organisations realise the extent to which this is affecting their female workforce - around 1 in 4 women regularly experience these symptoms - and, as a result,  business performance.

The Return to Balance programme is a structured, confidential, on-site intervention.

It involves weekly clinic days, working one to one with employees to identify and correct the cause of their symptoms.

Each consultation requires no more than one hour.

Business Impact:

  • Improved consistency
  • Reduced absence
  • Better Performance
  • Increased retention
  • Improved communication and smoother team/customer interaction

This is not a wellness initiative.

It is a structured intervention designed to resolve symptoms at the cause and support consistent performance.
