What women tell us before starting the Return to Balance process.

Here are some of the things we hear most often

Exhaustion & sleep disturbance

Physical issues

  • My skin and hair have completely changed
  • I become bloated and uncomfortable as the day goes on.
  • My body feels swollen and heavy
  • I sometimes have uncontrollable cravings
  • I find it difficult to regulate my temperature
  • I don't recognise myself in the mirror any-more.
  • New symptoms keep appearing and nothing I try seems to help.

When we ask women how life was before these symptoms, began and what they miss most,  this is what they tell us.

  • Knowing that I can once again cope with my normal daily life.

  • Feeling like me again
